HB4447 seeks to protect consumers from being targeted by unethical practices. This bill prohibits the solicitation of extended warranties through the mail and strengthens regulations that safeguard personal information.

HB5425 would provide financial relief to seniors who are facing high property tax burdens in their retirement years.

HB4431 looks to end an ageist requirement for seniors over 75 by eliminating the mandatory retaking of a road test for a driver’s license renewal.

HB4990 protects seniors by strengthening regulations against aggressive and deceptive spam calling practices.

HB4244 would raise the maximum income of the Low-Income Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption from $65,000 to $80,000.
