Rep. La Ha Congratulates Two Local Organizations for Receiving Library and Literacy Grants

The Secretary of State has awarded RAILS (Reaching Across Illinois Library System) in Burr Ridge and TEACH (Tutoring English to Advance Change) in LaGrange with library and literacy grants.

Rep. La Ha released the following statement:
