This past Saturday, Rep. La Ha spoke at a Memorial Day ceremony in Willow Springs. After the event, she released the following statement:
“Today, we honor and remember all the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and dedication have paved the way for the freedoms we cherish and hold close to us today. Let us never forget their service and the price they paid for our liberty.
Thank you to the Village of Willow Springs and Mayor Neddermeyer for a beautiful ceremony this morning. It was an honor to be a part of it.
Most importantly, thank you to all who have served and to the families who have given so much. We are forever in your debt.”
