Growing up with realtors in my family, I’ve always understood the importance of this profession. It was encouraging to connect with so many passionate individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in our community. Hearing directly from them about the challenges they face helped me understand how I can advocate for change, not just for realtors, but for home buyers and sellers as well.
This dialogue is essential as we work together to find solutions that benefit everyone involved in the real estate process.
